You have your own car — we take no commission on rides

Your car will break down. You will not stop earning.

This is the most common reason a driver with their own car loses money: one breakdown and a week without work. With us you move into a car from our fleet and keep driving while yours is being repaired. We repair it in our own workshop in Silesia — no queue at someone else's garage. Downtime is lost income for you, so we treat the replacement car as part of the deal, not a favour.

What the cooperation costs

We say it plainly, because most partners do not. There is no onboarding fee and no charge for handling your documents. VAT is a tax, not our earnings: if a partner does not withhold it, it means they are not paying it either — nobody covers a driver's tax out of their own pocket. The tax is calculated on turnover, and at a typical driver's weekly turnover it comes to more than our whole weekly fee — 80 zł simply does not cover it.

Deposit

You pay a 600 zł deposit at the start. It covers the licence extracts issued for your car. We return it after a month of work. We say this upfront, because it is the only amount you pay to get going.

What a driver actually takes home

This is what is left after the Uber and Bolt commission and after our fees: 1500 zł per week on average, and more than 3000 zł per week for our top-earning drivers. We do not promise this to everyone — it depends on how many hours you drive and at what times. These are the figures we see in our own drivers' settlements.

What we take care of

• documents and formalities: criminal record certificate, medical check, health and safety training, licence extract for your car
• onboarding to Uber and Bolt — you choose where and when you drive
• weekly settlements without delays; cash from rides stays with you immediately
• servicing in our workshop at partner prices: oil, brake pads and discs
• support: a dedicated manager, a group chat, an answer straight away; documents and settlements 9:00–18:00

• built in 2010 or later
• technical condition that allows carrying passengers
• valid insurance and roadworthiness test
• clean, well-kept interior
• air conditioning

What we need from you

You do not need your own business (działalność) — settlements run under our licence. If you do not have a Polish licence yet, or it has not been exchanged, we help; the documents are explained on a separate page.

• a Polish category B driving licence — or one exchanged for a Polish licence
• legal residence in Poland
• driving experience
• your own smartphone

Where you can work

18 licences across Silesia: Katowice, Sosnowiec, Mysłowice, Tychy, Mikołów, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Będzin, Czeladź, Siemianowice Śląskie, Chorzów, Bytom, Świętochłowice, Ożarowice, Piekary Śląskie, Ruda Śląska, Zabrze, Gliwice, Tarnowskie Góry. Plus Opole and Częstochowa. The licence decides which cities you are legally allowed to carry passengers in — worth checking with any partner before you sign.

What do I pay for the cooperation?

VAT on transport services is charged separately at the 8% rate — that is a tax paid to the tax office, not our earnings. Beyond that there is no onboarding fee and no hidden lines in the settlement.

Yes, one — 600 zł at the start, covering the licence extracts issued for your car. We return it after a month of work. Apart from that you pay nothing to begin.

What if my car goes in for repair?

We give you a replacement car from our fleet for the duration of the repair. You do not stop working.

Do I need my own business?

No. Settlements run under our licence.

Can I drive part time?

Yes. You set your own schedule.

Can I move from another partner?

Yes, we help with the transfer.

Who pays to repair my car?

The car is yours, so servicing and repairs are on you. The difference is what it costs: we repair it ourselves, without another garage's mark-up and without the queue, and the basic jobs come at partner prices.
