Requirements — who can drive with us

The driver

We do not require your own business, taxi experience or advanced Polish.

• age 20 and above
• category B driving licence — Polish or exchanged for a Polish one; since 17 June 2024 a foreign licence is not enough for taxi work, we help with the exchange
• driving experience and care for the car — taxi experience is not required, we will teach you
• your own smartphone — the apps run on it
• courtesy toward passengers — app ratings translate directly into the number of rides

Documents

We help with every one of these. If all you have is a driving licence, that is a normal starting point — most people begin there.

• a category B driving licence
• a criminal record certificate
• medical and psychological examinations
• health and safety training
• legal residence in Poland (for foreign nationals)

The car, if you drive your own

• technically sound, with a valid roadworthiness test

What if something is missing

The most common situations and what we do about them.

• a foreign driving licence — we help exchange it for a Polish one
• no medical examinations — we point you where they are done quickly
• no car — we rent one from our fleet, from 300 zł per week
• a car older than 2010 — we cannot take it into service, but you can drive ours
• under 20 years of age — that one we cannot work around

Can I drive without my own business?

Yes. Settlements run under our licence.

Do I need a passenger transport licence?

You need a licence extract — we arrange it. We hold 18 licences across Silesia, plus Opole and Częstochowa.

I have a residence card — is that enough?

For legal work yes, but you also need a Polish driving licence.

Do you check criminal records?

Yes, it is a requirement for carrying passengers.
