1. Data controller

2. Scope of data collected

The operator collects data you provide voluntarily in the contact form: your name and phone number. In addition, cookies and analytics tools collect anonymised data about how the site is used.

3. Purposes of processing

• contacting you and replying to the enquiry you sent;
• informing you by email and by phone;
• performing civil-law contracts;
• providing access to the site and keeping it working correctly;
• sending information about our services and offer.

4. Data recipients and third-party tools

We pass data only to parties that process it on our behalf:

• Google Ireland Limited — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (traffic statistics) and the Google spreadsheet where form enquiries are stored;
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — the Meta pixel (measuring advertising performance);
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited — Microsoft Clarity (on-site behaviour statistics);
• Telegram Messenger — a notification about a new enquiry reaches our internal channel;
• the site's hosting provider.

Analytics and advertising tools — Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity — only start after you consent in the cookie banner. Without consent they store neither cookies nor identifiers. Some of these parties may process data outside the European Economic Area; this takes place under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Google Ads: remarketing and customer lists

The controller named in point 1 may use the data of existing drivers, candidates and customers to show personalised ads and measure their effectiveness in Google Ads — through remarketing and customer lists (Customer Match).

• data: phone number and — if provided — e-mail address;
• recipient: Google Ireland Limited; we send the data only in hashed form (SHA-256), never in plain text — Google uses it only to match it with Google accounts and show ads;
• legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest in marketing its own services to existing customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the law requires it, consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
• right to object: you can object at any time by writing to the e-mail address given in point 1; after you object, we remove your phone number (and e-mail) from our Google Ads customer lists;
• Google Ads conversion tracking: we measure clicks on the phone number and WhatsApp link and form submissions — in line with the consent settings in the cookie banner.

6. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data, to request its rectification or erasure, to withdraw consent at any time and to opt out of marketing messages. To do so, write to the address given above.

7. Data protection

The operator undertakes to keep data confidential and to prevent unauthorised access. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes; we pass it only to the processors listed in section 4, where required by law or with your consent. Data is stored only for as long as necessary to achieve the stated purposes.

8. Storage and withdrawal of consent

Processing continues until the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn. You may withdraw the consents you have given at any time by sending written notice to the email address provided.

9. Cookies and consent management

The site uses cookies necessary for it to work and — only with your consent — analytics cookies. Cookies other than the necessary ones are not stored until you consent. You can change or withdraw consent at any time, as easily as it was given:
