2. Scope of data collected

The operator collects data you provide voluntarily in the contact form: your name and phone number. In addition, cookies and analytics tools collect anonymised data about how the site is used.

3. Purposes of processing

• contacting you and replying to the enquiry you sent;
• informing you by email and by phone;
• performing civil-law contracts;
• providing access to the site and keeping it working correctly;
• sending information about our services and offer.

4. Data recipients and third-party tools

We pass data only to parties that process it on our behalf:

• Google Ireland Limited — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (traffic statistics) and the Google spreadsheet where form enquiries are stored;
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — the Meta pixel (measuring advertising performance);
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited — Microsoft Clarity (on-site behaviour statistics);
• Telegram Messenger — a notification about a new enquiry reaches our internal channel;
• the site's hosting provider.

Analytics and advertising tools — Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity — only start after you consent in the cookie banner. Without consent they store neither cookies nor identifiers. Some of these parties may process data outside the European Economic Area; this takes place under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data, to request its rectification or erasure, to withdraw consent at any time and to opt out of marketing messages. To do so, write to the address given above.

6. Data protection

The operator undertakes to keep data confidential and to prevent unauthorised access. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes; we pass it only to the processors listed in section 4, where required by law or with your consent. Data is stored only for as long as necessary to achieve the stated purposes.

7. Storage and withdrawal of consent

Processing continues until the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn. You may withdraw the consents you have given at any time by sending written notice to the email address provided.
