For drivers
Part-time work as an Uber and Bolt driver
Free evenings or weekends, and want to earn some extra money? You drive for Uber and Bolt when it suits you — you set your own schedule, part-time included. We open your app accounts, handle the documents and settle up every week. You do not need your own business.
How much you drive is up to you
You work as much as suits you: after your day job, in the evenings or only at weekends. You set your own schedule, part-time included. We settle once a week, and cash from rides is with you every day.
The simplest way: your own car
With your own car you pay no rental and no deposit — nothing to pay to begin with. From us there is a single fee: 80 zł per week. VAT on transport services is charged separately at the 8% rate — a tax we pay to the tax office, not our earnings. The ride commission is taken by Uber and Bolt. The rest stays with you — you see the exact amounts in your weekly settlement.
The fee is per week, not per hour
80 zł is a fixed amount per week, not a percentage of your rides. So if you only drive a few hours a week, it takes a bigger share of your earnings than it would if you drove full time. Before you decide how much to drive, enter your hours in the earnings calculator — it shows roughly what is left from the week.
No car?
You can take a car from our fleet — from 300 zł per week, with a refundable deposit of 600 zł. Rental is charged for the whole week, though, however many hours you drive. If you only drive now and then, work it out carefully — a manager will do it with you on the call.
Which car qualifies
- built in 2010 or later
- five seats — three people fit in the back
- technical condition that allows carrying passengers
- valid insurance and roadworthiness test
- air conditioning
What you need
You do not need your own business (działalność) — settlements run under our licence. We tell you which documents to prepare and in what order, and we arrange the licence extract for your car.
- age 20 or over
- a category B driving licence — Polish or exchanged for a Polish one
- legal residence in Poland
- driving experience
- your own smartphone
Only a few hours? Pick the right time
Your result depends above all on the hours, not on the city or the car model. In short, this is what drivers who work with us advise — the full version is in the drivers’ tips:
- 5:30–8:30 in the morning people head to work and school — start on the outskirts, not in central Katowice
- 11:00–15:00 demand drops — experienced drivers take a break rather than burn fuel waiting
- 15:00–15:30 people finish work — head to office blocks and public offices
- Friday and Saturday evenings — night-time demand, for example on ul. Mariacka in Katowice
Where you can drive
18 licences across Silesia: Katowice, Sosnowiec, Mysłowice, Tychy, Mikołów, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Będzin, Czeladź, Siemianowice Śląskie, Chorzów, Bytom, Świętochłowice, Ożarowice, Piekary Śląskie, Ruda Śląska, Zabrze, Gliwice, Tarnowskie Góry. The cities sit close together, so in one shift you can easily work in several of them.
Can I drive only at weekends?
Yes. You set your own schedule — it can cover weekends only.
How long does it take to start?
If you have all the documents — a few days. If your driving licence needs exchanging or your residence status needs sorting out — a few weeks.
What if my car goes in for repair?
We give you a replacement car from our fleet for the time of the repair. You keep working.
