Opole in numbers

• Residents: 124 563 (2025)

A different region, a different market

Opole has its own municipal transport operator and its own self-contained market. Rides start and end in the city — there is none of the daily flow between neighbouring towns that drives the work in Silesia.

Rarely to Katowice, but it pays

The run to the conurbation goes down the A4 and takes over an hour. Jobs like that are infrequent, but they are among the best paid you will ever get. Steady city work comes from Opole Główne station, the university hospital, two shopping centres and universities with over fourteen thousand students.

Uber and Bolt partner in Opole

In Opole we connect drivers who have their own car — we do not rent out fleet cars here. We open and run your Uber and Bolt accounts, and we handle the documents and the weekly settlement. Say in the first conversation that you are starting from here.
