How Bolt onboarding works

• we check your driving licence, documents and residence situation
• we open and verify your Bolt driver account
• we issue the licence extract for your car or for a car from our fleet
• we sign the contract and explain how the weekly settlement works
• you start — with a complete set of documents usually in one to two days

Bolt and Uber at the same time

You do not have to pick one app. We settle both systems, so you can keep Bolt and Uber running together and take whichever ride is closer and pays better. That is a real difference in the weekly total, especially outside peak hours — we write about hours and places separately, in the driver advice pages.

What we deduct

There are no other deductions, and cash from rides stays with you immediately. We charge nothing for onboarding or for handling documents.

• Cabvibe fee — 80 zł per week
• VAT on transport services — 8%, paid to the tax office; it is a tax, not our earnings
• commission on rides — charged by Bolt at its own rate, the same with any partner
• fleet car rental — from 300 zł per week if you drive ours

A car for Bolt

Bolt has its own requirements for the car and they change — we check your car before onboarding so it does not come out a week later. If the car does not qualify or you do not have one, you take it from the fleet: Fiat Punto from 300 zł, Dacia Sandero and Logan 390 zł, Škoda Fabia 490 zł, Toyota Prius 20 550 zł, Prius 30 600 zł. The price includes servicing with us, insurance and a replacement car during repairs.

Moving from another Bolt partner

Your Bolt account is yours and stays yours — changing partner does not mean creating it again, and you lose neither your rating nor your ride history. We need your consent and your details and we handle the rest. You do not have to stop working.
