Terms of service
These terms set out how cabvibe.pl may be used and how cooperation begins.
This translation is for reference only — the Polish version of the terms is binding.
1. General provisions
The site is operated by BITVIN Sp. z o.o., ul. Staromiejska 6 lok. 10D, 40-013 Katowice, KRS: 0000957587, NIP: 9542837331, REGON: 521345945. Using the site means accepting these terms.
2. Scope of services
Cabvibe supports drivers starting legal taxi work in Poland: legalising their stay, documents, providing a car from the fleet and support for the car. The exact scope of cooperation is agreed individually.
3. Enquiries and contact
Sending the contact form does not constitute a contract. After you send an enquiry a manager contacts you to discuss the terms. The terms of cooperation are confirmed by a separate agreement.
4. Requirements for the driver
- you are 20 or older;
- a valid category B driving licence;
- your own smartphone;
- driving experience and care for the car;
- knowledge of traffic rules and courtesy towards passengers.
5. Liability
Information on the site is for information purposes and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. We take care to keep it current and accurate.
6. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. The operator reserves the right to amend the terms — the current version is published on the site.
